The most interesting thing said here was Friedman's tongue-in-cheek comment "of course none of us are greedy". Ironically, this statement is quite true! Most people are happy with having just enough. Very few people strive to accumulate masses of wealth. Whether in Russia or in the United States, it is these people that make certain that the "just enough" the rest of us live on is more like "barely enough".
